2007 Forest Hill Vineyard Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with pale straw hue. Top note of peach followed by melon, a hint of hazelnut and yeast lees. The palate delivers flavours of lemon and grapefruit followed by yeast lees over light oak. Crisp acid backbone giving the wine a sense of austerity. Aftertaste of lemon, spice and light oak.
