2007 Flying Fish Cove Cabernet Merlot

A youthful Cabernet blend. Very deep almost opaque black colour with mauve purple hue. The nose reveals a light mint top note, followed by cedar, blackcurrant and some cigar box. On the palate, flavours of liquorice, blackcurrant and mulberry juice. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of mulberry juice and spice.
