2007 Fairhall Downs Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Fairhall Downs was first planted in 1982 by owners Ken & Jill Small together with Julie & Stuart Smith. Very deep mauve colour. The nose is impressive, showing strong varietal character. Aroma of plum, spice and concentrated black cherry. Mouth filling palate, generous, with flavours of dark cherry, spice and anise. A full bodied style. Velvet tannins. Very spicy dark cherry and anise aftertaste.
