2007 Elderton Barossa Shiraz

Matured for 14 months in American oak. Deep dark red crimson colour with dark red mauve hue. Aromas of dark chocolate, plum, vanilla and spice. The palate displays good weight with flavours of dark chocolate, vanilla, mocha and spice. Good length. Fine grained velvet like tannins with long aftertaste of dark chocolate, vanilla, spice and blackpepper.
Cellar 2-3 years (2012-2013).
