2007 Delta Hatters Hill Pinot Noir

Semi translucent, dark crimson red colour with mauve dark red hue. The nose displays perfumed aromas of dark cherry, toasted cedar, anise and spice. The palate possesses good weight and richness with flavours of dark cherry and anise supported by toasty oak with some spiciness on the back palate. Fine grained tannins. Good power wave with long, dark cherry, anise and toasty cedar aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2011-2015)
