2007 Delas Freres Les Launes Crozes-Hermitage

Deep purple mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose is quite perfumed with aromas of ripe blackberry, dark plum, spice, liquorice and smoke. Medium bodied with a meaty texture and flavours of spice, blackberry and cedar with some smoky leather back palate flavours. Dry finish. Fine grained tannins with aftertaste of cedar, dark cherry and leather.
