2007 Del Rios Pinot Noir

Semi-translucent, dark crimson mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of dark cherry, violets and anise, followed by a hint of spice as an end note. Light to medium weight with flavours of dark cherry, spice and anise with good power. Fine grained, slightly dryish but balanced tannins with aftertaste of anise, dark cherry and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
