2007 De Bortoli Classic McLaren Vale Shiraz

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark red hue. Aromas of dark plum, aniseed, dark chocolate and spice. The palate displays good weight and richness with flavours of dark ripe plum, aniseed and spice followed by some toasty earth like characters on the back palate. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of ripe plum, aniseed and toast.
Drink over the next 1-2 years (2011-2013).
