2007 Crabtree Watervale Riesling

Bright straw colour with green tinge – a little deeper than expected for a 2007. Lime top note followed by orange blossom and a hint of talc. Excellent palate weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of ripe limes and tropical fruit followed by a hint of lychee. A full bodied Riesling. Clean acid finish. Very long aftertaste of lime and lychee.
