2007 Coldstream Hills Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut

A blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay which has spent 34 months on yeast lees. White creamy mousse showing good hold with pale straw base wine colour. Very fine bead showing excellent persistence. The nose displays aromas of yeast lees, baked bread and citrus followed by some toasty end notes. Elegant palate flavours of citrus, baked bread and lees followed by a toasty back palate.Quite dry with a clean crisp finish.Aftertaste of yeast lees, citrus and toast.
Cellar 2-3 years (2014-2015).
