2007 Charles Sturt University Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Deep dark red colour with dark red hue. The nose displays aromas of stewed fruits and very ripe mulberry followed by some cedar and herbal tea leaf like notes. Medium to full bodied the palate is quite generous with flavours of mulberry, cedar, tobacco leaf and spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of mulberry, tobacco leaf and spicy cedar.
Cellar 2-3 years (2014-2015).
