Yet another excellent release from this new Barossa label

The label is a clever play on words to refer to the vineyard’s location - in the centre of one of the Barossa Valley's most important wine growing hubs. Surrounding it are the vineyards of Torbreck, Two Hands, Penfolds, Kalleske and Rolf Binder. The youthfulness of this wine is indicated by the black purple colour and black purple hue, which clings to the glass walls. Lifted nose – aromatic, showing youth. Freshly crushed blackberry flavours followed by vanilla and fresh liquorice and black pepper back palate. Fine grained tannins. Spice and black pepper aftertaste.
Cellar 2-3 years (2010-2011)
Alc/Vol: 14.5%
