A rich, toasty Rose made from 100% Pinot Noir. A fine satiny mousse dissipates to reveal a rose gold coloured base that has a steady stream of delicate bubbles flowing through it. Powerful aromatics of baked bread, yeast lees, strawberry and blood orange marry into roasted almond notes. Rich mouthfilling flavours of baked bread, subtle dried orange and yeast lees show superb concentration overlaying a back drop of toast and dried almonds. Finishes dry and slightly oily with crisp acidity and a lingering nuttiness on the long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc. 12.5%

Other Reviews….
Medium to full rose-gold colour. Rich bouquet of spiced honey, roasted nuts, smoked charcuterie and autumnal 'forest floor' nuances; hints of boronia. The same panoply of flavours reappears in the mouth where it is full-bodied, rich and generous, long-lasting and ultra-satisfying. The texture is creamily lovely. Marvellous wine. (100% pinot noir)
