2007 Bellarmine Riesling Auslese

Very pale almost water like colour with water like hue. Delicate nose – restrained notes of spice, light honey and tropical fruit. The palate displays light flavours of lemon and honey over an unusual slightly chalky back palate. Nuances of mandarin and orange emerge. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of tropical fruit, honey and mandarin.
