2007 Andrew Thomas Limited Release Kiss Shiraz

Opaque deep purple black colour with purple black hue. Lifted confectionary, ripe plum and blackberry notes followed by some mocha displaying good intensity – a more McLaren Vale like sniff than traditional Hunter Valley. On the palate there are joosy flavours of ripe plum, blackberry, dark chocolate and liquorice allsorts followed by some spice on the back palate. Very fine grained tannins with long aftertaste of blackberry, blackpepper, spice and toast. An excellent joosy modern styled Hunter red.
