2007 Allinda Cabernets

This elegantly styled Yarra Valley Cabernet has been made from a blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot.

Opaque dark red colour with dark red mauve hue. Aromas of violets, cedar, spice and mulberry along with a hint of cigar box. The palate delivers good weight and concentration whilst still being elegantly structured. Flavours of blackcurrant and spice are followed by cedar and cigar box. Excellent length with fine grained tannin structure and long aftertaste of blackcurrant and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
