2006 Yelland & Papps Cabernet Sauvignon

Saturated black purple colour with black purple hue, showing excellent cling to the glass. Perfumed nose of blackcurrant, spice and cedar. The palate displays flavours of blackcurrant, cassis and violet infusions, over a background of cherry and stewed fruit. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of confectionary, cherry, stewed fruit, black pepper and blackcurrant.
