2006 Yalumba Patchwork Shiraz

The 2005 Patchwork was impressive, the 2006 is equally so. Virtually opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed nose of liquorice, spice and vanilla. Mouthfilling palate – very joosy with flavours of blackberry, ripe plum and spice. Velvet smooth tannins – perfectly balanced. Long lingering aftertaste of black pepper and confectionary.
