2006 Wanted Man Shiraz Viognier

Very deep black purple colour with mauve purple hue. Perfumed nose of violets, apricot, blackberry and liquorice allsorts showing classic Heathcote intensity. The palate continues to impress - flavours of blackberry, plum and dried apricot are supported by fine dryish tannins but well balanced tannins. Excellent length and structure. Long very peppery back palate and aftertaste.
