2006 Vasse Felix Semillon

Bright pale straw colour with green tinge and water like hue. Grassy top note followed by a hint of hay and confectionary over a light herbaceous end note. The acidity is quite crisp, giving the wine a dry sense of austerity. Grassy herbaceous palate flavours over a background of green apple and grass.
