2006 Tomboy Hill 'The Tomboy' Pinot Noir

75 Dozen was the total production of this wine. Semi translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Perfumed nose with violet top note followed by dark cherry, spice and just a hint of anise. The palate displays flavours of cherry, plum and spice followed by black cherry showing good varietal character. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced. The wine has very good persistence and finishes with a black cherry aftertaste.
