2006 Thorn Clarke Shotfire Quartage

This wine has been made from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Very deep black purple colour with purple hue. Top note of dark chocolate, mocha, violets and blackberry. Flavours of blackcurrant and spice, followed by a hint of cassis and liquorice. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of cassis and blackcurrant.
