2006 The Bruiser Durif

An impressive Durif – not as ‘atomic’ as the Warrabilla, delivering a strong aroma and flavour profile. Totally black purple colour with black purple hue, showing the kind of density that we have come to expect from Durif. Top note of dark chocolate and mocha, followed by a hint of morello cherry and liquorice bar. The palate flavours are generous with vanilla and mocha overlaid with dark chocolate. Fine grained, dusty tannins, perfectly balanced. Aftertaste of vanilla and mocha.
