2006 The Bolter Chardonnay

Jugiong is a tiny town 344 kilometres south west of Sydney which consists of a church, pub and service station. Its main claim to fame appears to be that it is a perfect speed trap. The township is located along a long stretch of straight road interspersed with poplar trees, making a perfect hiding place for police.

The Bolter is just a Quaffer. Bright straw colour with straw hue. Tropical fruit, ripe peach and spice on the nose. Ripe peach palate, with good weight and tropical fruit back palate/ Soft acid finish.
