A tight Chardonnay, resembling some of the wines of White Burgundy.
Bright straw colour with water like hue with a green tinge. Delicate top note of yeast lees, toast and lightly smoked oak. The palate structure is quite tight, with flavours of light peach and melon evident. Clean finish.
