Brilliant purple mauve colour – very youthful, with vibrant mauve purple hue. Fresh, lifted nose, with top notes of cherry, strawberry and spice with a touch of anise on the back palate. The palate flavour profile is lighter than expected with flavours of cherry, spice and plum emerging. Fine grained tannins. Fresh acid finish. Cherry and spice aftertaste.
