2006 San Felice Chianti Classico

Made from 100% Sangiovese this Chianti exhibits a dark crimson red mauve colour with crimson mauve hue. Attractive perfumed nose displaying aromas of dark cherry, violets and new leather followed by a hint of tobacco. Light to medium bodied and quite dry, the palate displays subtle flavours of cherry, leather and spice with crisp acidity. Dryish tannins with aftertaste of spice, cherry and leather.
