2006 Ross Shiraz

Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue showing some early development. Top note of spice and cinnamon followed by cedar and black pepper. The palate flavours are showing development. Flavours of plum, cedar and spice followed by vanilla and stewed fruit. The flavour profile is at its peak. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of vanilla, spice and stewed fruit.
