Outstanding mauve purple colour with mauve purple hue. Medium body. Top note of cherry and liquorice, followed by liquorice allsorts and spice. Moderate palate length with flavours of cherry and spice followed by some stewed fruit and unripe raspberry nuances. Fine dryish tannins, slightly chalky. Cherry and stewed fruit aftertaste.
