Medium body, crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by mulberry, truffle and cedar delivering a perfumed sniff. The tannins are to the forefront on the palate leaving the fruit subdued. Dry chalky tannins are dominant. Some mocha appears on the palate over spice and liquorice. Dry chalky tannins persist.
