2006 Olivier Leflaive Chablis 1er Cru Mont De Milieu

Bright pale straw colour with a very slight greenish tinge around the edges and pale straw hue. The nose reveals aromas of biscuit and cashew followed by some spice and a light toast end note. The palate displays good weight and mouthfeel with delicate flavours of pear, spice and biscuit along with some cashew emerging on the back palate. Dry flinty finish with long aftertaste of cashew, hazelnut, spice and lees that lingers for quite some time.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2010-2014).
