2006 Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Rouge Pinot Noir

Retasted 07/07/2009: Translucent, crimson colour with light crimson hue. Perfumed nose, with ripe strawberry top note, followed by a hint of strawberry jam. The palate shows elegance with a degree of finesse. Moderate powerwave. Flavours of light spice and strawberry with very spicy back palate. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of strawberry and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years (2012-2013)
Alc/Vol: 12.5% Tasted 12/03/2008: Translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Delicate spicy top note of strawberry, followed by a hint of earth and violets. Light cherry and strawberry palate flavours are supported by fine grained tannins. Very good balance. Cherry and strawberry aftertaste.
