Sumptuous!

Dedicated to Andrew Seppelt's great, great Grandfather. A blend of 56% Shiraz and 44% Mataro that was matured in a combination of new and old, French and American oak for 18 months. This wine pours with a totally opaque black dark crimson red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays lifted aromatics of super ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, mocha and vanillin spice. The palate possesses great richness, concentration and density with voluptuous flavours of ripe blackberry, dark chocolate, liquorice and vanilla with a spicy back palate. Velvet like tannin structure. Superb depth with very long aftertaste of ripe blackberry, mocha, liquorice allsorts and spice. Drink over the next 5-8 years. Alc 15.0%
