2006 Mollydooker Goosebumps Sparkling Shiraz

The mousse is deep mauve, creamy but relatively short lived. Fine bead, with moderate persistence. Deep crimson colour base wine with crimson hue. Top note of plum followed by spice, blackcurrant and vanilla. Creamy palate texture. Flavours of blackberry, plum and stewed fruit. Soft acidity. Aftertaste of plum, spice, liquorice and stewed fruit.
