2006 Landhaus Estate Reserve Shiraz

The fruit for this wine was grown at Stockwell and Greenock in the Barossa from vines planted 60-80 years ago.
Very deep black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Lifted nose of cedar, spice and blackberry with vanilla and truffle end notes. The palate delivers flavours of plum, spice and vanilla with liquorice allsorts in the background. Velvet tannins, excellent balance. Spicy aftertaste of vanilla, liquorice allsorts and plum.
