2006 Koltz The Carbine Shiraz Cabernet

This wine is a blend of 75% Shiraz and 25% Cabernet. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of dark chocolate followed by a hint of mocha, spice and vanilla. Generous palate flavours of plum, vanilla and blackberry with a liquorice layer. Fine grained slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry and vanilla.
