2006 Jansz Vintage Brut

Good white creamy mousse displaying a pale straw base wine colour and very fine and persistent bead. Delicate aromas of yeast lees and baked bread followed by some citrus and biscuit notes. The palate displays flavours of citrus, yeast lees and baked bread followed by some light toast. Creamy texture with aftertaste of yeast lees, baked bread and citrus.
Cellar 2-3 years (2013-2016).
