2006 Jacobs Creek Centenary Hill Shiraz

A soft, silky smooth and voluptuous Barossa Shiraz.
Totally opaque, black crimson colour with very deep, dark red black hue. The nose displays a choc mint, aniseed top note followed by some blackberry, confectionary and spice notes. Displaying a velvet like texture the palate is filled with generous flavours of liquorice, mocha, confectionary, spice and blackpepper. Excellent length with silky smooth, soft tannins and long aftertaste of liquorice, blackberry, spice and confectionary.
Drink over the next 4-5 years (2010-2015)
