2006 Howard Park Leston Cabernet Sauvignon

Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Top note of blackcurrant, followed by spice, cedar and liquorice delivering a good Cabernet sniff. On the palate flavours of blackcurrant, cedar and liquorice are evident over a hint of cigar box and tea leaf. Fine dry chalky tannins. The structure is tight. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, cigar box and tea leaf.
