2006 Greenock Creek Cabernet Sauvignon

A grand Cabernet – typical of the full bodied, very ripe Greenock Creek style. Opaque black crimson colour with brick red hue. Loads of ripe Cabernet aroma followed by cassis, chocolate, spice and violets. Full bodied palate, layers of generous ripe fruit flavours. Blackcurrant, spice, liquorice and dark chocolate followed by a back palate of spice and white pepper. Fine, dryish but balanced tannins. Long aftertaste of spice, plum, cassis and white pepper.
