2006 Graeme Miller Dixons Creek Estate Chardonnay

Barrel fermented and matured in French oak. Bright straw pale gold colour with pale straw hue. The nose displays aromas of biscuit, white peach and spice with a light cashew overlay. Medium to full bodied with a soft creamy texture the palate displays flavours of biscuit, spice, cashew and light honeycomb with some hazelnut notes on the dry finish. Aftertaste of biscuit, light honeycomb, spice and hazelnut.
