2006 Galli Estate Sangiovese Shiraz

A top example of the blend. Medium body, with crimson colour and crimson mauve hue. The nose is lightly perfumed, with a top note of spice, followed by a hint of vanilla. The palate has good weight with flavours of spice, black pepper and just a hint of earth and leather. Excellent length. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Very long spicy black pepper aftertaste.
