Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays barrel ferment characteristics of yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut. The palate flavour profile is lighter than the nose suggests with flavours of citrus and light tropical fruit. Missing is the complexity. Clean finish. A straightforward wine. Light aftertaste of yeast lees, citrus and spice.
