Very deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Stewed plum and spice on the nose with a hint of new leather and cedar. The palate is quite dry, supported by fine dry chalky tannins. Flavours of plum, stewed fruit, spice and cedar emerge with fine dusty tannins persisting. An elegant Shiraz
