2006 Flying Fish Cove Shiraz

An impressive young red.

Opaque black purple colour with black purple hue. Top note of liquorice, followed by plum, vanilla and black pepper. On the palate inky plum flavours, followed by blackberry, prune and liquorice with a dash of black pepper. Very spicy back palate. Fine grained dryish tannins. Inky plum and spice aftertaste.
