2006 Escarpment Hinemoa Riesling (375ml)

Inspired by the German Beerenauslese style. Brilliant gold colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose of honey lemon and spice followed by a layer of ripe peach and apricot juices. The palate has good weight with flavours of lemon, honey and confectionary, evident, a ripe peach and spice, light compote, ripe sultana back palate follows. Moderate depth and intensity. Aftertaste of honey apricot and lemon.
