Bright straw colour with water like hue. Delicate top note of melon, light yeast lees and just a hint of oak. The palate flavours are light with peach and subtle tropical fruit evident and just a touch of melon. Relatively short flavour profile. Soft acid finish. Light aftertaste of yeast lees, melon and citrus.
