The vineyard boasts of being a laboratory of Pinot Noir clones. The wine was made using a wild yeast ferment, fermented in small fermentation tanks, aged in French oak and remains unfiltered and unfined. Semi translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. Medium body. Perfumed nose of strawberry jam, cherry and spice. On the palate the cherry, strawberry and plum flavours trio delivers a moderate powerwave. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of plum and cherry with spiciness persisting.
