Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose of yeast lees, melon and biscuit with a subtle hint of butterscotch. The palate delivers flavours of biscuit, hazelnut, melon and yeast lees over a spicy background. There are some grapefruit characteristics evident on the back palate. Melon and lees aftertaste.
