2006 Bethany Barossa Shiraz

Opaque deep dark red colour with deep dark brick red hue. Lifted liquorice allsorts aromas are followed by some dark chocolate, mocha and confectionary notes. Full bodied the palate displays flavours of liquorice allsorts, stewed plums, mocha and confectionary. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of liquorice allsorts, plum, spice and leather.
Drink over the next 2-3 years (2010-2013).
